RULES of USE
GO WEST AUTO AUCTION is designed to serve the American automotive remarketing market and the Dealers whose business depends on it. Our Rules of Use have been designed to simplify the buying/selling of vehicles within the wholesale market, Dealer to Dealer. We are doing it better, faster, stronger. All while being dedicated to treat our Dealers the way they deserve.
Being part of GO WEST AUTO AUCTION, buying/selling vehicles or using any of our services establishes you, as a “User” agree for you and your Dealership, acting as an “authorized representative” to these Rules of Use and conditions. Rules of Use may be amended as we grow and respond to the needs and wishes of our Users.
Users Obligations & Responsibilities
Registration
GO WEST AUTO AUCTION is a total on-line entity which utilizes an online registration process. Registering on the auction site authorizes the registrant/user to represent/act as an agent for the Dealership listed under their registration.
I. The Dealer Representative must register to obtain a user/password for the auction.
II. The Representative/user is responsible for all actions, contracts, representations and transactions conducted on GO WEST AUTO AUCTION.
III. The Representative/user authorizes its Authorized Representatives to take or perform the following actions with respect to Vehicles.
(a) Purchase and/or sell vehicles on behalf of User including completion and execution of documents conveying title, including executing the certificate of title, odometer statements, bills of sale and other similar documents in connection with the sale of Vehicles.
(b) Execute on behalf of User ACH bank transactions in connection with the purchase or sale of Vehicles
(c) The Authorized Representatives’ authority will remain effective and binding on User until revoked by User.
IV. All Representatives/users are connected to registered Automotive Dealers and are purchasing/selling vehicles as Wholesale only, not for retail use
V. All Representatives/users must maintain proper licenses and state registration and submit valid documentation as determined and requested by GO WEST AUTO AUCTION.
VI. GO WEST AUTO AUCTION reserves the right to withdraw access and auction use at any time.
Auction Fees
Our pledge to treat our Dealers with respect includes full fee disclosure. The practice of charging hidden fees, unexplained fees, increased fees without prior declaration will NOT happen at GO WEST AUTO AUCTION.
I. Buy fee
a. Buy fee
i. $1.00 – $5,000 = $195.00 per vehicle purchase
ii. $5,001-$10,000 = $250.00 per vehicle purchase
iii. $10,001 -$20,000 = $300.00 per vehicle purchase
iv. $20,001 -$30,000 = $400.00 per vehicle purchase
v. $30,001 -$40,000 = $450.00 per vehicle purchase
vi. $40,001 and UP =$495.00 per vehicle purchase
b. Sell fee – $1.00 -$100,000+ = $220.00 per vehicle sale
c. Private Lane Sales Buy and Sell fees will be determined by Dealers individual needs.
II. Payment
a. At confirmation of purchase the Buyer will be charged via ACH monies transfer, the purchase price + Buy fee
b. At confirmation of sale the Seller will be paid via ACH monies transfer, the purchase price – Sell fee
c. GO WEST AUTO AUCTION will pass on any/all bank charges resulting from NSF charges, etc.
Titles
At GO WEST AUTO AUCTION we long for the day when Titles are digitized and standardized BUT until then we have employed the best in the business to smooth out the bumps. Reach out as problems arise, it is better to be proactive than reactive and waste valuable time.

a. Titles must be remitted within 10 days of sale. Please notify GO WEST AUTO AUCTION Titles team if an issue arises as we are here to HELP.
b. Any Title not remitted within 30 days of sale may result in an arbitration and possible vehicle buy back.
c. Registrants/users will be notified, in advance, of any fee changes.
As the Vehicle Seller
I. The seller shall have ownership rights to the vehicle at the time of listing for sale on GO WEST AUTO AUCTION.
II. The seller must guarantee a marketable title will be provided to GO WEST AUTO AUCTION within 10 business days of sale.
III. The seller guarantees the right to sell the vehicle when listed for sale on GO WEST AUTO AUCTION and takes full responsibility for said vehicle’s legal ownership.
IV. The seller is responsible for providing an accurate condition report whether the report is compiled by the seller or an independent inspection company.
V. The seller must disclose all/any known vehicle defects in addition to any disclosures required by state or federal agencies, statutes or regulations.
VI. The seller is responsible for disclosing any knowledge of variations in the standard OEM warranty status, defects and/or recalls.
VII. The seller is responsible for the condition of the vehicle to match the posted condition, at time of sale, when delivered to the buyer, with the exception of transportation damage.
VIII. In the event of a vehicle arbitration, GO WEST AUTO AUCTION will review and make the determination of the amount of reimbursement to be paid by the seller to the buyer.
IX. If the transaction is canceled the seller will be responsible for reimbursing the buyer for any transportation cost incurred. The seller will not be responsible for reimbursement of any cost resulting from the buyer’s decision to repair a vehicle while in arbitration.
X. The seller is responsible to ONLY post vehicles that are ready for sale/available to a Buyer at the time of sale on GO WEST AUTO AUCTION. If the vehicle is not made available the Seller may be charged a $500.00 penalty.
XI. The seller is responsible for returning any vehicle payment to GO WEST AUTO AUCTION if the vehicle arbitration results in a “Buy Back”.
XII. GO WEST AUTO AUCTION adheres to NAAA Arbitration Guidelines.
XIII. In addition to NAAA Arbitration Guideline seller disclosures the seller must disclose the items listed below. Not disclosing any of the listed items may result in an arbitration possibly resulting in a vehicle buyback.
a) Disclosure of any/all title discrepancies including, but not limited to: not actual miles, salvage, theft recovery, stolen vehicle, flood damage, gray market, replica, Lemon Law, manufacturer and/or dealership buy backs and trade assist must be disclosed.
b) Known structural damage, structural alterations, and/or structural repairs/ replacements.
c) Any/all After-market accessories including non-OEM installed towing packages. Non-OEM as being defined as not listed on vehicle original equipment list.
d) Multiple access holes (regardless of size) or singular access holes greater than quarter size. Access holes between dime size and quarter size need to be disclosed and depending on location may be deemed as structural.
e) Any frame alterations, corrosion or perforations.
f) Any defects or damage that are “visible” or “cosmetic” in nature.
g) All/any VIN plate changes or alterations.
h) The Seller is responsible to disclose any/all milage disclosures including any deviations as list in vehicle history reports listing,
i) Any/all known mechanical issues.
j) Any/all missing OEM equipment.
k) The seller is responsible for accurate reporting of vehicle trim.
As the Vehicle Buyer
I. The buyer is responsible to inspect vehicle and notify/file an arbitration with GO WEST AUTO AUCTION within 10 business days of purchase date of any vehicle deviations from what was disclosed at the time of purchase.
II. At time of arbitration filing GO WEST AUTO AUCTION will contact and request an independent inspection be performed
III. If an arbitration is filed, the Buyer will not be reimbursed for any repair, or any other charges incurred while in the Buyer’s possession.
IV. In the event an arbitration results in a buy back the Buyer will be held responsible for any damages incurred while the vehicle was in their possession. Withstanding any damage incurred by transportation services.
V. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing CR reports, pictures, written descriptions are disclosures.
VI. As vehicle professionals, buyers are responsible to understand standard vehicle condition disclosures including NAAA definitions for the light disclosure system.
VII. The buyer is financially responsible and assumes all risk of damage and loss to the vehicle beginning at the point of pick up (by the buyer or its agent) or delivery (by third party transporter).
Amendments and Changes to Rules of Use. GO WEST AUTO AUCTION reserves the right to change, add and/or delete and provision as needed.
